Holubsti might usually be served on Christmas Eve, but we love serving this savory dish all year round. Hearty cabbage served with our delicious meat & rice mixture sprinkled with a little taste of tradition. Enjoy 3 stuffed cabbages with a choice of our homemade tomato sauce or rich mushroom gravy for the perfect meal.

Place the stuffed cabbage in the refrigerator (up to 3 days) or freezer (up to 3 months).

To serve, preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place in a covered oven safe dish. Cover with sauce or half cup of water/stock and bake for 50 - 60 minutes until cabbage reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

    Traditional stuffed cabbage

    I’m 73 and my grandmother came from Ukraine before I was born, this is definitely legit. They are huge and loaded with meat. One would have been enough to eat but it tasted so good I went for another half!

    Small But Filling

    These Cabbage Rolls are a bit smaller than the deli kind, but are very filling. The rice and pork mixture is just right, with the rice reminding me of basmati. Must be great quality. I wanted to try it with the Mushroom Sauce and that was wonderful. I could eat that by itself. Very creamy.
