Place products in the refrigerator (up to 5 days) or freezer (up to 3 months). Defrost products in the refrigerator overnight prior to consuming.

- Potato Pancakes: Place the latkes in the freezer for up to 3 months. To reheat from frozen: • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. • Step 2: Place frozen pancakes on a greased sheet pan. • Step 3: Place in oven for 20-25 minutes. Flip after 10 minutes.

Storage: Pierogi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Cooking: Pierogi should be thawed prior to any cooking method. Cook the pierogi in boiling, well-salted water until they float to the surface. Then continue to cook for an additional 90 seconds.

Want Them Crispy Instead? Heat 2-3T of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the pierogi on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Air Fryer Instructions: Preheat your device to the desired temperature. Lightly oil the interior plate and cook your pierog until golden brown and crispy, 6-10 minutes. All air fryers are different and cooking instructions may require adjustments. Recommended cooking temperatures range between 325-375F.

- Soups/Stews: reheat in a stovetop pot or saucepan.

- Stuffed cabbage: preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place in a covered oven safe dish. Cover with sauce or half cup of water/stock and bake for 50 - 60 minutes until cabbage reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

- Kielbasa heating instructions: We recommend cooking on a gas or charcoal BBQ until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also heat it in a pan, grill pan, or in the oven if you prefer.

- Challah: defrost bread on the countertop.

- Egg Noodles: refer to cooking instructions on the package.

    the perfect gift

I am first gen American, my Mom's side is Ukraine. This Ultimate feast was my choice of gifts for her Mother's day this year. Everything is packaged appropriately, easy to heat and eat and of course tastes amazing. Always the medicine we need. Thank you endlessly Veselka for all you do. We appreciate you.
