Our beloved Borscht is so iconic and so delicious that our vegetarian friends needed to be in on all the beet-filled deliciousness. We simply cook it without the pork but make sure to leave in all the flavor. Truly, Ukrainian heaven in a bowl.

    ukrainian bliss!

    Best borscht in the city. I ordered and paid overnight shipping as i live 80 miles away or so!

    Works hot or cold!

    Half of the people in our family are vegetarian. This really does taste as great as the traditional borscht. And we found that it works either heated up or cold. If you aren't vegetarian the traditional borscht is also 100!
