There is sausage and then there is Kielbasa. Sorry, sausage. Our delicious kielbasa contains mostly pork but has some beef mixed in for good measure. It is very lightly smoked and preparing it couldn't be any easier than turning on the grill, and serving it with plenty of mustard and sauerkraut.

The ultimate summertime BBQ kit, this package includes 1lb of 3 different types of smoked sausage along with 2 dozen of our famous pierogi and all the trimmings to make your grill-out sesh a real crowd pleaser.

Storage: keep in the freezer for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. - Kielbasa heating instructions: We recommend cooking on a gas or charcoal BBQ until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also heat it in a pan, grill pan, or in the oven if you prefer. - Place pierogi in salted boiling water. Simmer gently until they float to the surface and then boil for an additional 90 seconds. Pierogi can also be pan-fried, if desired. - Defrost sauerkraut and beet salad in the refrigerator overnight. Sauerkraut can be served warm by placing a 1/4 cup of water in with the kraut a stovetop pot or sauce pan and reheating.
